Quantcast

Here you can learn a bit about each character.

TheDarkChristian (whose name is explained in one of my rants) went shopping on his birthday, and to his delight found a great deal on a Super Nintendo and a handful of games, as well as a generic video game enhancer. On testing said enhancer, he was transported inside the game. Being technically-inclined, he later created a Reset button on the inside, and then followed up that miraculous feat by making "keyboard gloves" with which he can change the code of the game without hitting Reset. His current challenge is to stop Tempest from taking over the video game multiverse.

Remmie, TDC's best friend, went on a couple test drives of the generic video game enhancer. He was killed inside Chrono Trigger by a jealous Crono, whom he had been fighting for Marle (whom Remmie renamed "Rach").

Tempest's only goal seems to be to take over the video game multiverse. He seems fairly intelligent, but is prone to action rather than thought. He is somehow able to move from one game to another just as TDC, but the extent of his power is unknown. He is also a human player, trapped inside the game world.  He once turned Kefka into a mere messenger boy...

The video game enhancer herself (yes, she's female). Jenny has quite an attitude, but learns quickly, and is endlessly adaptable. Given her primary function, she has performed her job thus far quite well. She recently revealed that Tempest was her original owner...

Sam is Reset's spokeswhelk. He has decided to no longer defend the caves of Narshe and instead to visit with TDC and Jenny in the strange blankness which is Jenny's world. Among other things, he has revealed himself to be super-fast, making him a useful mode of transportation within certain games.  He is also a human player, though without TDC's mad programming skillz.

Mawgg is yet another human player.  He seems more interested in dancing than in saving the world, but his combat skills make him a valuable ally.  He plays the role of comedy relief a good deal of the time.
