My thoughts

While I am in agreement with TDC, as well as others, that working in the food industry is like getting paid (and badly at that) to bend over a chair and…well…I’ll just leave you with that WONDERFUL image of TDC bending over a chair, it is as any job is. By that, I mean that you are being paid to perform a service. Actually, that illusion of the chair thingy is a perfect point. You are a whore. A prostitute. Selling your services to the highest bidder. Being told constantly what you are worth. But if they don’t tell you what your worth, than you die. The main difference isn’t that prostitutes sell their bodies, its that prostitutes can be redeemed, per-say.

While a lady of the night may be swept away by some knight in shining armor, the average working Joe won’t. We all need the dollar. Some of us (like TDC) realize that all the dollar is, is a way to survive, to achieve what we want to achieve. You still don’t believe me on all this?

Think about this:

A prostitute is someone who sells themselves (talents, looks, abilities) to someone willing to pay for them. At the point of sale the prostitute becomes the slave, of a nature, to the person that is paying them. At any point the recipient of the cash can cancel the transaction, thus voiding contract, and causing return of funds to the payer. Inversely the payer can cancel the service, and pay only for what they have received.

A carpenter is someone who sells themselves (talents, looks, abilities) to someone willing to pay for them. At the point of sale the carpenter becomes the slave, of a nature, to the person that is paying them. Inversely the payer can cancel the service, and pay only for what they have received.

An Internet access company is a bunch of people who sell themselves (talents, looks, abilities) to someone willing to pay for them. At the point of sale the company becomes the slave, of a nature, to the person that is paying them. At any point the recipient of the cash can cancel the transaction, thus voiding contract, and causing return of funds to the payer. Inversely the payer can cancel the service, and pay only for what they have received.

Must I go on?

So what is my point? Your all whores. I’m a whore…but I admit it.

But, quickly, lets apply this and make an actual point.

TDC works a shitty job. This is true. The food industry is bad for us whores. You get paid almost nothing, until after the service is completed. Worse, the person paying for your services gets to decide after the contract, how much you are paid. From $1,000,000+ - $not a damn thing. In fact, if they complain to your manager (pimp) they can even take money away from you. If they leave without paying, your “pimp” gives you beat down.

But don’t cry for him. As whores, we must do what we must. It is our job to do whatever a person tells us too, or we can leave. That’s a benefit of being a “whore” instead of an actual whore. If they try to leave, they are beaten without relief.

He has a right to complain though. It is a shitty situation. But he is to do what his boss tells him too, and get what the people paying him for his service, decide he’s worth. But he ain’t an idiot. He’ll be out a there soon enough, whoring himself off for a more steady flow of $, and for less stressful clientele.

Last thought on this:

A peon at a company (bus boy, mail room) is the whore of his boss. His boss is the whore of a higher boss. There boss is a whore to whomever is paying him. Even the owner of a company is a whore, for the clients of the company.

If you won’t be a whore, your already dead (unless you live in America, than you can just be a bum).

New section, I will, after today, be reviewing things. I’ll do a quick one now.

A.I.

I entered the theater thinking, “this should be good”, and left thinking, “why is my brain bleeding?”. I…think it was a great movie, but that’s just the sort of movie it is. I’ll never be sure.

From the opening scene, the overwhelming philosophical imperative was obvious. Throughout it, more and more ideas and theories started to rotate, until it became a hurricane of thought, devastating all philosophical minds in the theater. This until the middle, or the eye of this storm. But we only thought we were safe. This movie makes you think. Just remember that.

But, on a breakdown, it’s better to understand.

Acting- Awesome. Great acting all around, especially from that haily joel kid. Wow.

Action- enough. Was made up for by…

Graphics- flawless. It looked real. No little mistakes. Just flawless.

Story- Philosiphy meets fairy tail. And Asimov. And Kubrick. And Spielberg…and….

Music- ask tdc when he sees it.

Overall- Yes. Go see it…but bring some drugs or alcohol for after it. You may need it…
