10-27-01 a cruise?!? Lotsa cool stuff happening lately, but first things first. Today's strip ends in a cliffhanger instead of the random (stupid?) humor of the last few strips. I hope you enjoy it. ;) Three days to think about where Mawgg went and why... Ooh... :D *rockin' out to his "new" mp3s* ^_^ It's so cool to have my music back. If you're reading this, thanks again, Phantom. It suddenly strikes me how appropriate that name is... ^_~ Anyway, as I mentioned previously, I got my mp3s back, and quite a few new ones besides. I'm getting Road Runner installed next week, and I can't wait! ^_^ And, to make everything even better, someone I hardly know called me up and asked if I wanted to go with her on a five-day cruise she won. We can go any time in the next two years. I go with her Saturday morning to claim the prize. Wow. A five-day cruise... I've never been on a cruise before. :) Let's see... is that it? I guess that's all the good stuff going on for now. It's enough, I assure you. ^_^ It's difficult to rant when I'm not angry, but it's not impossible. There's always something to get off my chest. Just give me a sec, I'm sure there's something... Nope, not just yet. Just more good news. My hookup (the guy that gets me Dreamcast games) has offered me Windows XP and Office XP. ^_^ That means a more stable OS for my computer. I get Road Runner next week, and in November I'm upgrading my comp drastically. It's almost like getting a whole new computer! :D Man, life is good. Helped my mom move into her new house today. Man, that was work. I got there just in time to move the big stuff. >.< You know, the washer, dryer, couches, refrigerator, etc. Hard work. And then when it was all over there was the usual family conflict... Strange evening. Long day, actually. I got to work at 10am and worked until about 5:30pm. Then I gassed up the car, made some deposits and drove home while looking directly at the fucking sun. I was less than pleased. So I'm worn out. My body is still complaining. My muscles are shaking and it is a mental struggle to stand after having sat. :D I kinda like it, actually. Maybe I'll start running again. Now all I need is an apartment (or house) of my own and a girlfriend and my life will be complete, neh? Ah, I guess that brings me to the subject of today's rant. I haven't had a date in way too long. Am I really that ugly? Do I smell funny or something? It seems the only women that show interest in me have boyfriends or kids. -.- What's a guy to do? *sigh* It's a constant source of struggle for me. At least I've managed to make a friend or two out of the deal, neh? Oh well. I'll just keep waiting, if not as patiently as before.
