as promised

Random video game humor, as promised by the ring I started earlier this week. :D Remmie was sick as a dog this evening, so we haven't discussed Reset at all (for nearly three weeks). Today's strip was made in about 10 minutes. Sorry for the shabby work.

Mark from Chrono Trigger Ripoff (ring member) recommended that we use just one game, and progress through it for a time. I like the idea, and will discuss it with Remmie later. It'll probably be Chrono Trigger. ;)

Got the Archives updated, and I should have something to show for the t-shirts sometime this week! Cafepress changed things around a bit to make it all easier. ^_^ I also revamped all the images for the shirts, and uploaded nearly all of them. Now I just have to figure out how to delete items...

Ah, summer

(update: some of the products are finished. Cafepress hiccupped on me, so I can't finish them now, but you get the general idea. Some of them are done, and some are still in progress. More to come!)

Yes, it's summer the lovely time of year when the sun shines its brightest and outdoor activities are at their height. Women go around scantily-clad, but some manage to make themselves less appealing in the process. It's a time for yardwork, and a break from school work.

I hate summer.

First of all, I have no air conditioning. Most of the time this isn't a problem, as the heater works very well, but when the temperature climbs above about 90, it becomes unbearable. I invested in window shades today.

Secondly, I mowed my mom's yard a couple days ago. Tough chore, but I was glad to do it, because I know with her schedule it is very difficult to do such things. The work was as I expected and went fairly smoothly. Since it was such a warm day, I decided not to wear a shirt. Not an uncommon thing. Didn't think much of it until I slung my backpack over one shoulder and realized it hurt... >.<

Finally, it has been so hot lately that we have been running the air conditioners all night. That is good, because we get the benefit of the cool air, but also, we close off the unused rooms to ease the load off the A/C a bit. Good idea, hard for me. I go to work during the hottest part of the day and get back in the late evening. Finally open my door and let some of the heat out, crank up the computer to update and rant, and my sister shuts my door because she's trying to sleep... >.< I bought an oscillating fan. Got overcharged, and probably won't bother going back for a refund. *shrug*

And that is what summer means to me. ;)
