9-8-01 Life of Wily And the secret is revealed. For those of you who don't recognize it, that's the sprite of Megaman used in Megaman 7 and Life of Wily. I had talked to Jim a few weeks ago about doing a crossover strip, and to my surprise, he agreed. So his strip yesterday had to do with Megaman hitting the Reset button, and... I won't say more for fear that there hasn't been another strip since then containing the elements we had discussed previously. Wouldn't want to spoil the surprise. So in case you hadn't noticed, today's strip is a tribute to Life of Wily, which I read daily and whose author I look to for encouragement and example. Jim, you're doing a great job, keep up the good work, and many thanks for doing a crossover with me! It's been fun, and I hope we can do something like this again sometime! I'd also like to do crossover strips with other comics, but I wanted to wait until Reset had gained popularity of its own before using the popularity of others as a springboard. :D Maybe later I'll ask Brian Clevenger or the Author of Bob and George. We'll just have to wait and see, I guess. I've been working on a character section, but I don't like it yet, so it's not up yet. Oh, for those who checked earlier this week and found Reset only half-functioning, I apologize. Apparently Keenspace was having some serious database problems which (if you're reading this) have hopefully been resolved. Well, I won't bore you with further words. If you still want to do some reading, head over to Life of Wily. Why are you still here? Get going! ~TDC, who is happy to be working with a comic of much greater comedy and popularity - shot first, still haven't asked questions PS - why haven't you checked out Life of Wily yet? |
