Planet of the Apes

I went and saw Planet of the Apes today, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Although the obvious room left for a sequel was a bit disappointing, that was my only complaint. The effects were stunning, the acting incredible (Kris Kirstofferson? didn't expect to see you here) and the storyline went very well. All in all, I was impressed. ^_^

Today's strip is a parody of the movie, intended simply as humor, and to express my love of shoot-em-up games, of which the SNES ones were undoubtedly the best. ^_~

All that aside, I'd like to announce a contest of sorts. I am looking for a new sidekick for Reset, and am holding auditions this week. If you wish to enter, send me a link to the image(s) of the character along with a brief description including unusual mannerisms or sayings. Email me of course. The winner(s) will be included in at least one strip, and the grand prize winner (if there is one) will become a regular character at Reset. Please send your entries in ASAP, as I intend to do parodies of the try-outs as strips this week.
