9-29-01 radical redesign, part 1 Today's comic is kinda boring, as it deals more with the growing bond between TDC and Jenny than actual action (but you got enough action already this week, right?) Well, it's 7 minutes to deadline and I'm almost done here. But not quite. Tried a buncha new things this week (most of them tonight). We saw the first of the ten-panel format, that no one seemed averse to. (That means everyone put up with it, whether they liked it or not.) I don't think it'll become a standard, as Reset's storyline is too fluid to be limited by any one style. More likely, I'll cycle between a bunch of different layout schemes. Okay, five minutes left. Did a major overhaul to the site, including the new navbar you see at the right that I hand cut and pasted to put it on every page. Included in the new nav bar are buttons to the new (semi-completed) sprites and characters pages. For those of you who make fanart or are really curious about the characters' backgrounds, these pages are for you. For the rest of you... Well, go ahead and check them out anyway. Three minutes. There's a bit of foreshadowing in the sprites section, if you pay close attention. Two minutes. Well, I'm kinda tired. Planned to do this overhaul all day, but ended up only having two hours... *sigh* And now I need to jump online and upload a whole buncha stuff. Oh, new fanart from Ravnos. Check it out. ~TDC, who was working on his car until his dad cut himself... - wreck, high on caffeine, but satisfied to get one major update done |
